Building Better Habits Together

Do you have a group of friends, teammates, or family members who want to improve their habits, health, and life? Or, would you like to be put in a group of people you do not know, but who have similar aspirations to yours? If so, group coaching may be right for you!
We will meet weekly for 90 minutes, spending a portion of each session learning step-by-step strategies to develop healthy habits in the Four Pillars of Wellness: nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep. We focus on specific outcome goals, behavior goals, and micro-habits that align with your vision.
We will hold each other accountable while ensuring we overcome challenges that get in the way…they always do! This will allow us to be very intentional about our actions each week vs. allowing the autopilot to take over. Everyone can engage live one-on-one and learn from others’ successes and challenges.
Maximum of 6 spots per group. Get a few friends, family, or co-workers together and join one of the group sessions!

Six Month Private 1:1 Coaching + Functional Medicine Labs

~ 100+ biomarkers tested via bloodwork & urinalysis to help you better understand the wellness of your entire body, detect disease, nutrient deficiencies, and so much more. These are not your standard lab tests, and will be analyzed by Functional Medicine Doctors to include personalized recommendations based on your results.
~ 6 month biomarker lab retesting to track progress.
